Preamble

The Outfits® website (hereinafter referred to as “https://itsbambbi.wixsite.com/outfits”)

is a platform showcasing concepts and innovations in fashion, immersive UX, design, and interactive experiences.

Accessing the site implies full and unconditional acceptance of these terms of use.

Outfits® is an innovative platform whose immersive user experience and brand architecture

are protected under intellectual property law.

Article 1: Purpose

These terms of use define the conditions under which the site may be accessed and used by any user.

Article 2: Intellectual property

2.1. Ownership of the platform

The site and all its components (UX architecture, design, layout, functional structure, texts, interface, navigation) are the exclusive property of Nancy-Hélène Gibon and are protected under applicable intellectual property rights.

Outfits® is a registered trademark with the INPI, DMCA, e-Soleau,

and is covered by Copyright in France and the US.

2.2. Protected UX structure and content

The immersive navigation logic, the structuring of the user experience, the cross-section organization, strategically positioned Call-To-Actions (CTAs), and the layout of visual and textual elements within a vertical interactive frame, constitute original works protected by the french Intellectual property code

(Articles L.111-1 et seq.), including but not limited to: vertical format, cross-navigation, CTA placement,

mirror effect, color codes, typography, etc.

The overall architecture of Outfits®, which combines brand imagery and immersive visual effects,

remains the sole property of the founder.

2.3. Prohibition of copying and exploitation

Any reproduction, imitation, extraction, modification, distribution, or reuse whether for commercial

or non-commercial purposes of all or part of the site without the prior written authorization

of the founder is strictly prohibited.

In particular, the following are expressly forbidden:

Copying the overall UX structure, including full-screen vertical scrolling (Reels/Shorts format),

vertical UI codes, and lateral UX element positioning (left, center, or right in mirrored layout)

without formal legal permission.

Imitation of the cross-navigation system between the “Styles”, “Beauty”, and “Home” sections

via horizontal swipe, which forms the foundation of the UX architecture.

Replication of the dual-swipe UX protocol combining horizontal and vertical navigation.
Duplication of the lateral branding and UX action layout (left/right), ensuring seamless aesthetic UX-video synchronization without intrusive overlays—requiring specific design effort.
Reproduction of lateral CTA positioning and mirror-function layout

(left, center, right), enabling multi-format adaptability and intuitive access.

Use of specific immersive action labels such as “Style It”, “Try It On”, “Design Your Space”,

combined with a visual design system (dark gray buttons, white capitalized text, slightly rounded borders) and associated rapid or deferred access logic elements inseparable from their context.

Replication of the immersive column combining UX + artists, partners, or brands, or any mirrored symmetry (left → right or vice versa) without UX disruption.
Reverse engineering or any technical circumvention of the system.
Replication of the site’s entire architecture and coding elements (sections, content hierarchy, graphic charter).

2.4. Key protection measures

Official prior art filing: Outfits® benefits from enhanced legal protection through successive filings

with the INPI and e-Soleau (INPI classes, FR/US Copyright, DMCA, etc.), confirming the prior art status

of its immersive UX and its visual/functional variants (notably left-right layouts) and defining

a clear scope of protection.

Strategic use restrictions: Any attempt to circumvent the UX, including through mirror effect inversion

or CTA repositioning, will be deemed infringement. Any use of the interface or site architecture requires

prior authorization from the founder.

Exclusive aesthetic coding: The Outfits® visual identity mobile-first design, vertical scroll, side column,

and swipe navigation is protected and may not be reproduced without permission.

Locked Immersive UX architecture: The full architecture of Outfits®, combining vertical scroll,

cross-navigation, and lateral UX actions, is protected as an innovative business model.

The interface supports horizontal swipe (left ⇄ right) across three core columns

Styles, Beauty, and Home and vertical swipe (top ⇅ bottom) for immersive exploration of content

related to artists, brands, or creative universes.

These elements are inseparable from the project and may only be used with the founder’s authorization.

Central column design: The layout and structure of the central column are essential to the site’s architecture and are subject to protection.

Article 3: Site usage

3.1. Authorized use
Users are allowed to freely consult the site, in accordance with these terms of use and applicable laws.

3.2. Restricted use
Any misuse of the site’s content, including commercial parasitism, misappropriation, disparagement,

or creation of a competing activity, is strictly prohibited. Use of bots, scrapers, or any automated tools to collect data from the site is prohibited, as is any partial or full reproduction of the Site’s code.

3.3. Solicitation ban
Anyone with access to confidential elements of the site (collaborators, contractors, partners) is strictly prohibited from contacting or diverting the founder’s contacts, or from developing a similar project or reproducing

the site’s proprietary content.

Article 4: Liability

4.1. Limitation of liability
The founder disclaims any liability in the event of service interruption, bugs,

or technical difficulties affecting the site.

Links to third-party websites are provided for informational purposes only.

The founder assumes no responsibility for their content.
